The Living Room is a proposed membership-based space —
a place to just be without pressure to consume, perform, or produce anything.
Designed to welcome all ages, it's meant to feel comfortable and alive.
FAQ
A third space is a place outside of home (first space) and work (second space) where people can spend time without agenda. They are for connection, creativity, and everyday life.
Anyone who wants a comfortable place to spend time: adults, teens, families, students, retirees, creatives. The space is intended to feel natural and welcoming across generational groups.
You could
Meet friends. Read. Play games. Work on creative projects. Decompress in the quiet space. Study. Get the kids out of the house. Party plan. Grab hot chocolate from somewhere and duck in for a while after the Christmas parade. Have a small group, book club, knitting circle...or just exist without rushing. The goal is a space that feels welcoming, comfortable, and alive--not programmed every minute.
Membership allows the space to exist without relying on constant purchases or table turnover. It protects the atmosphere and keeps the focus on presence rather than transactions.
We anticipate individual memberships in the $38-45/month range, with family options and day passes available. Final pricing would be announced before opening.
Founding members would be the first group to commit to membership if the space moves forward. They help bring the space to life, and demonstrate that the concept is viable and wanted. There may be small perks attached to founding status.
We want to find the right location to match the level of local support. We're gathering interest to ensure it's sustainable from day one.
